Dear Laura, we've traveled alone through space and time. Five times did our trains collide. What year is it for you what year is it for me? Often I stick my head out to look behind, but it's been a while since we shared the line. Dear Laura, don’t forget your ways. It's hard to stay true when minutes and years and seconds become days. What have you seen? What new do you know? I've been living out of my mind for quite a while, like a suitcase with too little space to store the elaborate plans to escape this place. Sometimes you gotta let it spin out of control. Sometimes it's good to stop and watch. Sometimes you find yourself waiting for a train in Strange City, and you never can tell when it's gonna arrive and I know this, but my gut cries. Dear Laura, I can't figure out a direction to shoot for or to aspire, or where to find the great desire. I may have yours, you may have mine. I hear you're having trouble falling asleep, you're waiting for something to happen but everything's still hell. In the morning I can't wake up too afraid something will.
